Seema Alexander is a self described “Corporate Warrior Gone Mamapreneur.” She is a Business Strategy and Transition Coach and Founding Partner of MorLeaf (a Moringa based superfood company): her two businesses express her passions for helping others THRIVE in business through smart strategy while also thriving in life through health and nutrition.

As a Savor Success Circle member, Seema says that her Savor Circle Sisters have played an integral role in her “mid-life awakening”season of her life — a process that took her from a 13+ year successful corporate career to full time entrepreneur living her purpose.

As anyone who has attended a Savor the Success LIVE Event in NYC knows, Seema always lights up the room with her charm, radiance, and interest in connecting with + supporting others. We were excited to get the chance to chat with Seema and find out more about how she created the thriving business she has today, and what she learned from her experiences.

Seema, thanks so much for interviewing with us! What was your most recent 90 day vision for your business?
For 90 days I was focused on brand building for my business coaching practice–including getting my business model down, articulating my “why” and my story, scheduling speaking events to get myself out there–and most importantly launching my new site:

What were your struggles bringing this goal into reality?
One of the major struggles was the consistent investment needed to build an authentic brand to my liking that matched my personality and my vision. There were times that I was paying my nanny more than me per month. Hahaha! That was a hard pill to swallow initially (as I left a 6 figure job to follow my passion)—but it was all worth it in the end.

Did you ever feel like giving up?
Honestly, no–never giving up! I knew I what I wanted, who I wanted to serve, and how I wanted my reinvention to look. I have never once looked back!

How did you lean on your Savor Success Circle Sisters for support during this time of growth?
Phone calls, advice, resources, strategy sessions–really the works!

Did you get something helpful for manifesting your vision while helping someone else?
Yes, it was unbelievable. I built real authentic relationships / friendships with my first circle—and through that got an opportunity to do a keynote at one of the sister’s events. I called it my “entrepreneurial coming out party”–an honest to god, integral moment in my re-invention strategy. Thank you so much Ms. Patty Slater!!

What did you learn about Give, Give, Get while manifesting your 90-day vision?
I am huge believer of manifestation and giving. I did a vision board 3 years ago—and 90% of it has come true so far.

What was one of the most important keys to your success?
At the Savor Retreat that Angela hosted in Woodstock it made me realize that the one thing I was pushing away from was the one thing I was most credible with. Focus on the where you are on your path–and you will grow to where you want to become.

What’s the #1 piece of advice you have to entrepreneurs who want to live their dream?
I am stealing this from the Holstee Manifesto–b/c I read it EVERYDAY! This is your life. Do what you love, and do it often, Life is about the people you meet and the things you create with them–so go out and start creating. Live your dream and share your passion.

This is literally what I am doing–and I advise it to all my clients. DRIVE WITH PURPOSE, and PROFIT WILL COME!

What is your favorite way to savor your successes?
Enjoying some good old family time with my hubby and 2 lil ones (plus a nice glass (or 2) of red wine to boot)!
