Write Your Roadmap to Success

With technology being a force in our lives, it seems like we do everything on our smartphones these days. But there is power in the written word. By writing down what you want and acting as if you already have it, you are manifesting your intent. Whether it’s for your business, your health, or your personal life — the power of writing down what you want is vital to success! By seeing the steps to creating abundance tangibly on paper, you create a realistic roadmap for achieving success (and hold your dreams in your hands!).

Start with career success. You’re ready to start a business and need a strategy. An action item list that leads to big goals achieved (marketing, launching, growth, etc.) is the first step. Let’s break down how to write effective strategies that will inspire you to take ACTION today and get moving with your goals:

1: Analyze your business: Your business, strength, weakness (this is known as a SWOT analysis).

2: Analyze your surroundings: What is your industry going through? Any changes? You need to be able to adapt and change your strategy.

3: Who are you targeting, who is your customer? This will play a big role in your marketing plan.

Now, apply this same method to your personal wellness goals:

  • What are your weaknesses? What are your strengths? What are your opportunities for success, and who may be holding you back?
  • How many opportunities do you currently have, or can seek out for support?
  • How can you adapt or change to environmental or personal factors in your life to still maintain a healthy, balanced life?

Remember this: whenever you are creating action steps, start by visualizing the end goal. Where do you see yourself? Then work backwards by writing down what you will need to achieve in the next 3 months to get steps closer to your end result.
